What details do you need for a pallet quote?
Measure the full packed pallet, including the pallet base, wrapping and anything extending beyond its edges. Enter the total height, length and width in centimetres and the total weight in kilograms.
For multiple pallets, provide the quantity and the dimensions and weight of each pallet type. Different sizes should be entered separately so the quote reflects the space your freight needs.
Loading and unloading requirements
Tell us whether the pickup and delivery addresses are residential or commercial, and whether suitable loading equipment is available at each end.
If either location needs a tail lift, include that requirement in the quote. Tail-lift suitability depends on the packed dimensions, weight and access conditions; ask our team if you are unsure.
